How is it possible to get our prices so low?


Bac has been enabling off-line retail stores in Italy, specifically from Prato to launch their products on Tmall Global for several years. Our systems are able to integrate directly with the inventory systems of these retail stores and help them publish their stocks to the top marketplaces in Asia. With the launch of BACMall, consumers can now buy directly from our platform, thereby giving them direct access to the products just like you can shop physically when you go to Prato, Florence or Rome. 


Are the products authentic?


BAC has been working with the top distributors in Italy for many years and we have sold their products specifically on the top marketplaces. These distributors in Italy purchase directly from the brands and offer them to resellers globally. These marketplaces have very vigorous process in place from on-site authentication, invoice verifications, etc before they allow us to sell on behalf of these distributors on their platform. That being said, all products sold on BACMALL are 100% authentic. 


How do I return or exchange an item?


To initiate a return please contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. The email address is support@bac-cn.com 

BAC does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.


Our customer service officer will arrange a pick up from you. All original packing list has to be intact and we will refund you once we have received the item at our Singapore warehouse.  All returns are free of charge within 7 days of delivery provided all the tags, packing list, etc are intact. 


Can I cancel or modify my order?


Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.
